Catholic Parents OnLine invites you to the
11th Annual Luncheon and Fundraiser
and
Arthur A. Herkenhoff Award Ceremony

Saturday, October 24, 2009 - 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Town & Country Club
300 Mississippi Blvd. North, St. Paul, MN

To make your reservation for the 2009 Fall Luncheon, there are two options:

1. You can print out a registration form and mail your payment to Catholic Parents OnLine at the address on the form.

2. Or, to use a credit card or paypal, you can click here to go to our Network for Good online donation page. In order to make sure your order is processed properly, please be sure to:

  • Make a donation for $18 per ticket ($36 for 2, $72 for 4, etc.)
  • Share your full contact information, including your mailing address, and names of all guests
  • Make sure to fill in the designation box with "2009 Fall Luncheon Tickets."
  • Include your email address in case we need to contact you

Please note that we will not send out tickets. Instead, there will be a name tag waiting for you at the registration table before the luncheon begins.
